Privacy and Security Webinar Series

This three-part privacy and security webinar series, led by industry privacy and legal experts, will review lessons learned from recent enforcement activities from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (OCR), including patient access guidance, resolution agreements, and the HIPAA Audit Program, and will offer guidance in proactively developing best practices. The series will conclude by looking at what’s on the horizon for HIM and data privacy/security, including privacy under the current administration.
